Refund Policy
Because LogoWeave products are custom-made for each order, refunds are available only for confirmed manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds are not available for custom orders once production has started, including approved woven labels artwork, custom garment sourcing, digitizing, or stitched products made to the approved specifications.
If you believe your order has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with clear photos, order details, and a short description of the concern. We will review the issue and offer a correction, replacement, or refund where applicable.
